Who we are

vuerekacontent.com (the "Site") is operated by VueReka, LLC, 100 N Howard St, Ste R, Spokane, WA 99201, United States of America ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Site and to anything you buy from us through it.

By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and forms part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Changes apply from the date they are posted, and they do not change the terms of an order we have already confirmed. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

What we sell

Video packs

A pack is 20 finished 9:16 vertical videos, personalized to you and delivered as downloadable files. Every pack includes a presenter, and you choose which kind:

• Custom AI avatar, $297. Delivered within 7 days of us receiving everything we need from you.
• Generic AI avatar, $297. Delivered within 7 days of us receiving everything we need from you.
• Hired talent, plus an avatar of them, $497. This tier runs 30 days rather than 7, because it covers screening, hiring, shooting, and editing. We hold an intake call and then present options. You may reject up to five, so the sixth is the agreed spokesperson. If none of them work for you, you may source and hire your own spokesperson and introduce them to us, and we will supply the requirements for building the avatar.

A pack is a one-time purchase. There is nothing recurring on a pack.

Website design and hosting

A website build is $500, which includes 2 rounds of revisions and the first year of hosting. Builds take about a month from start to finish. From year two, hosting is $180 per year, charged on the anniversary of your purchase date rather than your launch date. Those two dates can be several weeks apart, so we anchor to the purchase date and use it consistently.

Orders and prices

All prices are in US dollars. We may change our prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order, in which case we will tell you why and will not charge you for it.

Turnaround times run from the point at which we have everything we need from you, not from the date of purchase. If you are slow to send your materials, your delivery date moves accordingly.

What we need from you

To produce your order we need things like your logo, brand colors, and booking link, and, if you have chosen a custom avatar, a short video clip of yourself. By sending us materials you confirm that:

• You own them, or you have permission to use them and to let us use them for your order.
• They do not infringe anyone else's rights, and they are not unlawful, misleading, or offensive.
• Where the materials show a person, that person has agreed to appear in videos produced for you.

You permit us to use the materials you send for the purpose of producing, delivering, and supporting your order. We will not use your logo, likeness, or brand for anything else without asking you first.

How AI is used

We are direct about this because it matters. The presenter and the voice in your videos are generated using AI. Everything else is not. The destination footage is filmed by us, on location, and drawn from our own libraries. It is not licensed, not stock, not scraped, and not AI-generated.

You are responsible for how you present the videos on your own channels, including any disclosure your host agency, your platform, or the law requires you to make about AI-generated presenters.

Your videos

Videos we produce for you are made for your use in promoting your own travel business.

You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense them. That includes passing them to another advisor or agency, selling them on, or making them available as stock or template content.

Website builds and hosting

Your build includes 2 rounds of revisions. After that, changes fall into one of three categories:

• Free, under hosting. Swapping a single value: phone number, email address, booking link, business name. These take minutes and they are business critical, so we do not charge for them.
• A $150 refresh. Rewriting or replacing content rather than updating a value, such as copy blocks, paragraphs, images, and headshots. One refresh is available per quarter and is charged only when you use it. Nothing is billed for a quarter you do not use.
• A $500 rebuild. New pages, new sections, navigation changes, or a restructure. This is priced as a new build because that is what it is. A rebuild does not reset your hosting year, which stays anchored to your original purchase date.

Acceptable use of this site

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for anything unlawful, or to infringe anyone's rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its systems, or its data.
• Interfere with the Site's operation, or attempt to disrupt or overload it.
• Scrape, copy, or republish the Site's content or design without our permission.
• Submit false information, or impersonate someone else, through our forms.

Our intellectual property

The Site, its design, its copy, our name, and our logo belong to us and are protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of them to you. Our source footage libraries remain ours, and buying a pack does not give you rights to the underlying footage beyond the finished videos we deliver.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted or error free.

We do not guarantee any particular marketing result. Nothing we sell is a promise of bookings, followers, engagement, reach, or revenue. How content performs depends on your audience, your posting, and the platforms, none of which we control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost bookings, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or of anything you buy from us.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the order the claim relates to.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in the State of Washington have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of the Site.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
